HVAC Service Technician

Certified/Licensed HVAC Technician (1687113)     $30 - 40 per hour/DOE

Medford, OR 

Full Time; Temp-To-Hire

Daily Workflow:

» Complete all general HVAC in-home/commercial service and maintenance calls.

» Work with dispatch, managers, and other in-house staff to ensure smooth operations for completed and incomplete jobs.

» Maintain a clean and inventoried truck as well as keeping jobsites clean if not cleaner then when you arrived.

» Follow up on any open work orders.

» Initial startup of new systems

We’re Seeking:

» Must have Universal EPA card or able to obtain one

» Certifications with N.A.T.E. and training in HVAC, preferred

» 2 years of field experience in Residential/Commercial HVAC Service, preferred

» Completion of either a trade school or HVAC apprentice program

» Low voltage electrical license, preferred

» Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers in person, by phone and email

» Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in small spaces

» Must be highly motivated, detailed oriented, able to multi-task, be highly skilled in problem solving and accurate resolutions, have a keen sense of urgency, be flexible, and demonstrate the ability to follow through on tasks timely and effectively

» Must pass drug test (THC ok)

» Must pass background check

» Must pass DMV records check

Schedule:

» Monday – Friday 7 am - 4:30 pm
