Entry Level Welder (1686999)     $16 per hour

Culture:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s sheet metal manufacturing team. This entry-level position involves grinding and sanding stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate is comfortable using tools, measuring accurately, and working with their hands. Prior welding or TIG knowledge is not required, but experience working with stainless steel and aluminum is a plus.

Daily Workflow:

» Grinding and sanding various metals including stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum

» Maintaining attention to detail and quality in a fast-paced environment

» Performing tasks that may involve standing for long periods or sitting as needed

» Using measuring tools and working with hand tools efficiently

We’re Seeking:

» Good mechanical aptitude and experience with tools and measuring

» Reliable transportation to work

» Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

» Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality

» Prior welding or TIG knowledge is not required, but experience working with stainless steel and aluminum is a plus.

Schedule:

» Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm (4-day, 40-hour workweek)
