Daily Workflow:
» Perform general carpentry tasks—framing, trim, cabinetry, doors/windows, siding, decking—on residential remodels and new construction.
» Install and fit custom cabinetry and millwork in kitchens, closets, bathrooms, and specialty spaces.
» Assist with forming and pouring concrete for foundations, footings, and patios.
» Help build outdoor living features like pavilions, pergolas, and decks.
» Collaborate with foremen and trade partners; maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
» Provide exceptional on-site customer service in occupied-home settings—maintaining communication and respect.
» Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and project specifications.
We’re Seeking:
» Minimum 3 years of professional carpentry experience
» Proficiency in finish and rough carpentry: framing, trim, door/window installation, cabinet/millwork fitting, siding, decking.
» Experience with concrete forming and basic flat¬work.
» Comfortable operating forklifts, skid steers, or excavators.
» Reliable, safety-oriented, and capable of working independently or in teams.
» Strong communication skills—client-facing experience a plus.
