Daily Workflow:
» Attend weekly networking and one-to-one meetings throughout Jackson County
» Follow up with new and existing clients via phone, email, and USPS
» Schedule and coordinate appointments
» Maintain databases, files, social media, and website content
» Assist with email setup and ongoing communication
» Support and maintain client relationships
» Assist with webinars and workshops in Southern Oregon
» Use personal vehicle to travel to meetings as needed

» Strong verbal and written communication skills
» Professional appearance and demeanor

» General marketing skills, including strong grammar and attention to detail
» Ability to pass a background check, drug test (THC OK), and DMV records check
Schedule:
» 10+ hours per week with semi-flexible scheduling and the opportunity to increase hours over time
