Daily Workflow:
» Maintain accurate financial data in QuickBooks and Sage 300
» Reconcile accounting data
» Processing of Accounts Payable for multiple LLCs
» Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
» Oversee Rental Property Management and rental maintenance contracts for LLCs
» Additional accounting duties as directed by supervisor
We're Seeking:
» High School diploma
» 2+ years of accounting experience
» Great communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
» High level of attention to detail
» Strong math and problem-solving skills
» Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
» QuickBooks experience
» Good organization skills, good time management and be a team player
» Experience in a Construction or Real Estate setting is a plus
» Bilingual is a plus
» Experience with Sage 300 is also a plus
» Able to pass a Background Check
Schedule:
» Days, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, M-F
