Human Resources Admin Support (1681650)      $19.72 per hour

Full Time; Temp (2-3 months +)

Daily Workflow:

» Prepare and maintain new hire paperwork and prepare benefits packets as needed.

» Support recruitment admin duties such as posting jobs, scheduling interviews, filing interview notes etc. 

» Responsible for maintaining HR department filing, scanning, and HR data entry

» Prepare Office of Inspector General reports for all staff monthly

» Track all scholarship awarded to/by the company and process reimbursement for all covered college expenses to staff. 

» Prepare Discrepancy Report for any issues with insurance carrier statements.

» Communicate with health insurance carriers regarding any discrepancies

» Collect data and complete templates for annual Affirmative Action Report. 

» Assist with Onboarding admin duties. 

» Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


We’re Seeking (skills, education, and screenings):

» High school diploma or equivalent (required).

» Minimum 1-2 years of HR (onboarding tasks) experience is required.

» Must have great attention to detail

» Excellent team player with a can-do attitude 

» Flexible and great customer service with good communication skills. 

» Understands the importance of Confidentiality and Discretion as is required in HR

» Must pass a background check & a drug test


Schedule:

» Monday – Friday 8 am - 5:00 pm

» Minimum duration of 2-3 months, potential for longer
