Responsibilities:
» Responsible for planning, organizing and executing project front end loading and project design engineering including scope development, change control, cost estimating, cost control and schedule development and compliance for all assigned projects.
» The E/I Project Engineer shall also be responsible for providing technical support during construction and commissioning / startup of the project to ensure correct installation.
» In addition to project specific tasks the E/I Project Engineer will provide technical electrical and instrumentation support to other departments such as maintenance, operations, safety and reliability as assigned.
Qualifications:
» Previous Experience from Whiting Refinery, Robinson Refinery, Canton Refinery, Detroit Refinery, Marathon Petroleum, ExxonMobil, Phillips 66, Noil Petroleum, or BP is Highly Desired
» Electrical Engineering Degree with 5 years of experience
» Valid Drivers License required
» Excellent oral and written skills
» Ability to work within and lead a project team
» Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) Eligibility
» The Maritime Transportation Security Act requires all persons who will need unescorted access to a regulated facility to have a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC), issued in accordance with the rules established by the United States Coast Guard and the Transportation Security Administration. Candidates selected for employment must meet eligibility criteria to obtain a TWIC card. » 9/80 Schedule; every other Friday off
