Workforce and Account Manager: Staffing Firm

Hiring at multiple levels:

0-1 year of experience/entry Level: $17 per hour
1-5 years of experience: $18-20 per hour (DOE)

5-10 years of experience: $20 plus - per hour (Negotiable & DOE)

Includes Health/Dental/Vacation/Sick Time/PTO benefits

Openings in both Medford and Grants Pass offices

Full-time: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

Workflow includes:

» Build and maintain lasting relationships with professional business clients as you really get to know about their business

» Administer a variety of office and customer service tasks

» Make and accept calls from employees and clients

» Discuss the staffing needs of our client companies and write job descriptions to help recruit for their employees

» Take real-time detailed notes and carefully document every conversation into the database

» Search and perform database functions 

» Have professional employee relations, interview and hire new employees; help to identify their marketable skills and match them to your open orders

» Schedule employees to interview with our clients, contact and introduce employees to our clients

» Negotiate wages and wage increases on behalf of employees, help transition employees from temporary status to client roll-over hire

» Get to know and understand each client company deeply so you can provide insights to clients on qualified candidates that you suggest for their job openings

» Get to know and understand each employee to help make the best decision for their employment goals


We’re seeking a person who can:

» Operate a computer, copier/scanner/fax and phone

» Learn and work competently with various software programs and become highly proficient with our staffing software

» Be comfortable in learning and using new technology hardware and software as needed

» Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and the MS suite

» Organize and process regular mass emails and texts

» Have and maintain a professional and pleasant presence in person, on the phone and also on video calls

» Have an attractive, friendly and appropriate manner, voice and attitude

» Visit clients on-site for company tours and professional meetings as needed (when it is appropriate)

» Maintain daily professional email communication with all staff and executive management as needed

» Be well versed in and abide by HR, HIPAA as well as other relevant legal and compliance items in dealing with all people and organizations

» Work well with co-workers, including management

» Practice professionalism in all communications and follow-up

» Be consistent in following the details of company policy and procedure

» Be dependable and responsible short and long-term consistently

» Be timely in daily attendance as well as complete work tasks and assignments quickly and effectively

» Manage your time and organize your workflow for maximum efficiency

Position begins immediately, in-depth training will occur for the first several weeks and as-needed training will continue throughout the first several months. A video training library will provide ongoing assistance for refreshers on technical subjects and processes.
