Job Summary

This position makes outreach efforts to identify and contact qualified candidates on a variety of platforms that match our client’s job orders.  Discussing and describing the job opportunities with the candidates and then coordinating and scheduling their application and interviews.

Responsibilities and Job Duties:

» Create job postings and post jobs across multiple online social media and job platforms 

» Monitor and respond to all comments and messages across social platforms

» Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program

» Search employment websites for potential recruits and contact and manage those candidates

» Review job details with applicants, evaluate potential for good fits, & schedule applicant appointments

» This job involves a fast pace and large number of daily phone calls both incoming as well as outgoing

Qualifications and Skills:

» Strong comfort with computers and experience working with a database

» Positive, engaging phone presence

» Knowledgeable about social media landscape and trends and how they correlate to overall marketing strategy

» Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

» Able to create tailored messages and media for a range of audiences

» Strong ability to think creatively and strategically about messaging and targeting for all content

» Maintains a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to thrive
» Passionate about helping people and tenacious with follow-up

» Enjoys working collaboratively as a team and celebrates team success

» Self-motivated, self-directed, well-organized, creative, and solution-oriented

» Highly proficient in the use of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms
