SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting the Service Team with equipment service and

repairs, ensuring a clean and organized work environment, and preparing new and demo equipment of

Client's product lines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with equipment diagnostics, service, and repairs.

• Quality control for new and demo equipment needed for the sales team.

• Quality control for equipment that has been repaired or serviced.

• Ensure a clean, organized and safe work environment.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma, GED, or previous experience.

• Minimum 3 months related live event production experience and/or training, or equivalent

combination of education and experience.

• Microsoft Office applications experience a plus.

• Problem solving abilities

• Familiar with the use of diagnostic and repair tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope, DMX

tester, soldering tools.

• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with

customers and colleagues.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and/or weekends as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Occasionally required to stand.

• Occasionally required to walk.

• Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.

• Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.

• Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts.

• While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.

• The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
