Batching / Blending Technician

MINIMUM 1-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A BATCHER/ BLENDER IN A  MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT

Connect Staffing is seeking to hire a Batching Technician for a beverage manufacturing company in the city of San Bernardino.  

Shift:  Monday through Friday1:30pm to 9:30pm

Flexibility with OT is required

Requirements of the Batching / Blending Technician:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a batching/ mixing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean background and Drug Test
• Familiarity with SQF, SAP, Six Sigma, GMP, and other relevant standards and regulations preferred.
• Must have a strong understanding of food safety requirements.
• Experience in a high speed beverage production environment preferred

Responsibilities for Batching / Blending Technician:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety, food quality, sanitation, and batching systems across production lines.

• Responsible to handle ingredients, maintains filters, and prepare product for bottling by mixing ingredients according to quality procedures and SAP.

• Supplies the production line with the blended product in a timely manner and helps to attain maximum product recovery

• Maintain accurate records of all tests and inspections, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory reporting requirements.
