Connect Staffing Inc. is looking for a Test Technician for an electronics company in Anaheim, CA.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 AM- 4 PM
Requirements of a Test Technician:
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electronic contract-manufacturing environments as a test technician.
- Ability to interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and PCBA schematics.
- Experience in repairing, troubleshooting, and handling the return of broken designs to customers.
- Ability to troubleshoot a PCA (Printed Circuit Assembly) to identify non-working components.
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 workmanship standards required. Ability to recognize and assess soldering and assembly quality in accordance with industry standards. Certification is a plus.
- Must have an Associate of Science in Engineering Technology or a related field or equivalent education and work experience.
- Prior experience in roles such as Electronics Test Technician, Calibration and Test Technician, Product Test Technician, or Electro-Mechanical Test Technician is a plus.
