Connect Staffing is looking for an experienced Stationary Engineer/Maintenance Technician for a drilling equipment manufacturer company in North Houston, TX

Schedule: Monday - Saturday 5:00am - 5:30pm

Stationary Engineer/Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Stationary Engineer/Maintenance Technician including:

• Boiler Operator, Repair of CNC and Manual Machines, Repair of Sandblaster Machines and Lock-Out Tag-Out Procedure .
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Must poses 1st or 2nd Class Boiler Operator License
• Experience in repairing hydraulic and electric machinery, including sandblaster, injection molding, manual lathes, and CNC machines.
• Must supply own tools.
• Math, verbal/written and organizational skills .
• Prior experience in roles such as Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, CNC Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Maintenance Technician, Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician, or CNC Repair Technician is a big plus!

Stationary Engineer/Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate boilers; prepare for annual inspections and water treatment testing.
• Perform boiler maintenance and replace parts as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on CNC machines, mold injection machines, boilers, autoclaves, forklifts, and more.
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedule to ensure equipment uptime.
   Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
• Use power tools, pipe threading machines, and other equipment properly.
• Read and interpret basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.
   Perform other duties as assigned to support maintenance operations.
