MINIMUM 2+ YEARS OF BOBTAIL DELIVERY DRIVING EXPERIENCE
Connect Staffing is seeking experienced Bobtail Drivers for a delivery company in the city of Rancho Santa Margarita.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM or when deliveries are finished. Lots of Overtime Available.
Requirements of the Bobtail Driver:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of bobtail driving experience
- Must have experience driving a 26' International Bobtail
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass a DOT drug screen, Background Check, and E-Verify.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a clean DMV record.
- Familiarity with GPS devices
- Prior experience in roles such as Delivery Driver, Box Truck Driver, Installation Technician, and Moving Truck Driver is a plus!

Responsibilities of the Bobtail Driver:
- Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
- Responsible for unloading the truck at every delivery on his or her route and reconciling the delivery with the customer.
- Operate all company vehicles safely and ensure timely delivery
Items being delivered are typically packaging supplies (boxes, loosefill, rolls of bubble, office supplies, tape) - Communicate with clients when arriving at locations
- The radius of routes will be San Diego, LA, Ventura, OC, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties (Mon-Fri). We deliver to Santa Barbara County on Wednesday, and the high desert (Lancaster) and low desert (Palm Springs) on Tuesday and Thursday.
