Machine Operator Helper

MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF GENERAL LABOR OR MACHINE OPERATING EXPERIENCE 

Connect Staffing is seeking a committed machine operator to fill an opening at a pipe manufacturing plant in Stanton, CA. 

Schedule: 7 AM to 5:30 PM- Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM- Friday, 7 AM to 12:00 PM - Saturday

Requirements of the Machine Operator:

• Must have at least 6 months of recent general labor or machine operating experience 
• Must pass a Background Check, Drug Screen, and E-Verify. 
• Must be comfortable in a work area with frequent metal shavings and residue. 
• Must be comfortable with moving to different areas to assist. 

Must have steel-toe boots

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

• Set up and operate assigned pipe manufacturing machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines. 
• Load raw materials, such as steel coils or other specified materials, onto the production line. 
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures. 
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production flow. 
• Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain product quality and production efficiency. 
• Assist with material handling and movement as needed. 
• Monitor machine operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any malfunctions or deviations from specifications.
