Connect Staffing is seeking an enthusiastic office assistant to fill an open position at a Sandblasting facility in Santa Ana, CA.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM- 4 PM. Must be flexible for overtime.
Requirements for the Office Assistant:
Must have 6 months of recent administrative or office assistant experience
Must pass E-Verify
Must speak English. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Demonstrate a proactive willingness to learn new tasks, technologies, and procedures.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
- Utilize computer skills for various tasks, including word processing, email, and potentially spreadsheets or databases.
