Connect Staffing is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist for a company that produces fruit drinks and teas in the city of Buena Park, CA.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Requirements of an Accountant Assistant:
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
Must pass background, drug screen, and E-Verify
Must have strong communication skills
Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
Prior experience in roles such as Accounting Clerk, Bookkeeping Assistant, Financial Data Entry Specialist, Accounts Payable/Receivable Assistant, and Junior Accountant is a plus!

Responsibilities of an Accountant Assistant:
Pay all company bills as required
Complete daily production revenue analysis report
Process all pending invoices
Follow up with Vendors to make sure all invoices are delivered
Month-end report
Additional duties may be assigned as needed
