Construction Worker

MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN DEMOLITION, DRYWALL, OR FLOORING WORK.

Connect Staffing is seeking a hard-working Construction Worker for a restoration company in the city of Irvine, CA.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with OT as needed.

Requirements of a Construction Worker:

• Minimum 1-year experience in demolition, drywall, or flooring work.
• Experience working with residential customers and providing quality customer service.
• The ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• Prior experience in roles such as Construction Laborer, Drywall Installer, Flooring Installer, Demolition Laborer, Painter, General Laborer, Finish Carpenter, Tile Setter, Interior Painter, or Drywall Finisher is a big plus!

Responsibilities of a Construction Worker:

• Assessing damaged properties to see what can be saved.
• Removing and replacing damaged materials, such as wallboards, lumber, and carpets.
• Replacing flooring, which may include laminate, tile, or wood floors.
• Handling any issues caused by water damage, including drying the area and removing mold.
• Answering complaints, explaining job specifications and invoices, and performing other customer service duties.
• Adhering to personal safety standards by wearing the appropriate protective gear and using the right equipment.
