About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator with 2+ years of experience to join our client’s manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll work with precision tools and machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components to exact specifications. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-minded, and passionate about producing high-quality work, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
? Set up and operate press brake machines to meet production requirements.
? Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
? Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify accuracy.
? Conduct quality checks on finished products.
? Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
? Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams for smooth workflow.
? Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: Proven track record as a Press Brake Operator or similar role in manufacturing.

Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading, and ability to work with hand tools/machinery.

Preferred: CNC operation/programming knowledge and welding experience.

Plus: Ability to operate forklifts

Mindset: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
