Position Overview
Manage and oversee inventory and supplies by receiving, inspecting, storing, and delivering items. Maintain smooth internal material flow by picking raw materials from stock and delivering them to production machines on time and in the correct quantities. Ensure that quantities on hand (QOH) and storage locations in the system accurately match physical inventory. Process shipments within one business day of receiving paperwork, perform incoming inspections within one day of receiving items from vendors, and issue raw materials or semi-finished parts to production within two business days of receiving parts or paperwork.
Responsibilities and Authorities
Major Responsibilities

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of all inventory.

Maintain accurate Quantity on hand both physically and in the system.

Enter all inventory transactions, adjustments, and movements into the system.

Conduct physical stock counts and record results in the ERP system.

Complete shipments by inspecting, packing, processing, and loading orders.

Receive and process incoming stock and materials, including inspection and storage.

Pick and fill orders from stock in a timely and accurate manner.

Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety procedures.

Coordinate with purchasing for incoming materials and ensure timely submission of paperwork for goods receipt booking.

Coordinate with sales for accurate and complete delivery and pick-up documentation.

Ensure efficient internal material transfers and prompt entry into the inventory management system.
Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
-
Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
