We are seeking Top talented CHERRY PICKER Operators for our client to do order selecting. We are not seeking candidates that are just wanting a pay check, we want candidates that want stability AND a Temp to perm job.

 

 

We are looking for candidates that are wanting a permanent position

Due to the over-time this position is NOT for the faint-hearted. You must be able to work long hours as needed 45-68 hours per week (This is a great company, you just have to be ok with working a lot of hours when needed) Right now most nights are 11.5-12 hour shifts 5 days a week

Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle for this position



Must be self motivated and be able to work lots of over-time if needed (sometimes 8-13.5/14 + hours if needed) Average hours are 50-55 hours right now, but can be as high as 65-68 hours

Must have a friendly team-player attitude

These are immediate start positions once background and drug test are completed

Start time 4pm until FINISHED 8 hours shifts are extremely rare

$20 PER HOUR



Order picking (must be able to keep up productivity quota)

Must have 2+ years of Cherry Picker Experience

Must have stable employment history

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Regularly throughout shift.

Anything over 50 lbs. Does require a team lift.

Other warehouse duties as needed

These are Raymond forklifts with the screens

Background and drug tests required

Steel toes required

Valid Driver's license and personal vehicle required (multiple buildings in a small radius)

Must have good work ethic and good attendance
