URGENTLY HIRING

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Bilingual Production Warehouse Associate with Quality Assurance (Must be able to speak Spanish fluently) to join our team in a manufacturing warehouse. This role involves a variety of production line tasks and warehouse functions, focusing on efficiency, quality, and safety. The position supports the planning, organizing, and control of production processes to maintain high product standards and operational productivity.

$16-$18 depending on experience

Background and drug test required

2+ years of recent experience required

Responsibilities:

• Arrive to work on time and work during scheduled hours, including overtime as needed.

• Maintain good personal hygiene and wear a designated uniform in good condition.

• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Perform all work activities in a safe manner, maintaining a clean and clutter-free workspace. Clean up spills immediately.

• Operate assigned machinery efficiently and safely.

• Place and process production orders.

• Inspect materials and equipment for malfunctions.

• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and procedures.

• Assist with inventory processes as requested.

• Work cooperatively with team members across departments with minimal supervision to meet goals.

• Complete production assignments on schedule, including occasional weekend or alternate shift work to meet delivery requirements.

• Inspect products for quality and consistency.

• Perform quick and efficient changeovers to minimize downtime.

• Clean equipment after production cycles.

• Perform physical activities such as walking, standing, crouching, bending, kneeling, lifting, carrying, and reaching as needed.

• Comply with OSHA safety and health standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Forklift experience preferred.

• Ability to adapt in a changing environment and learn new tasks quickly.

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong attendance record.

• Safety- and quality-focused.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work efficiently with products.

• Excellent manual dexterity and sustained concentration.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform frequent bending, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting, and walking.

Compensation:

• $16–$18 per hour (depending on experience).

Schedule:

• 8–12 hour shifts (starting at 9am AM until production completion sometimes 8pm).

• Monday through Friday.

• Overtime as needed.

• Occasional Saturdays.
