Normal hours are Monday-Friday 7am-430pm
This is a family feel company that we are looking for a team player that is open to working some overtime if needed and possibly cross-trained if needed

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Service Specialist to join a fast-paced production facility. This position plays a key role in supporting daily customer needs, shipping, receiving, and production operations, ensuring smooth office workflows, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety protocols.
The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy environment, manages multiple priorities with accuracy, and communicates effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Shipping & Receiving Support

Check in drivers promptly and professionally upon arrival.

Track incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate logs.

Create, review, and file bills of lading, packing slips, and other related documentation.

Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
Office Administration

Organize, file, and maintain shipping, receiving, and production records (physical and digital).

Generate, print, and distribute labels, production paperwork, and reports as needed.

Assist with data entry and maintain up-to-date tracking systems.
Production & Quality Support

Support production needs by preparing and distributing necessary documentation and materials.

Follow established quality and safety protocols when handling production-related paperwork or labels.

Assist in maintaining compliance documentation for audits and inspections.
General Office Support

Answer phones, route calls, and respond to general inquiries.

Assist with special projects and cross-train in related office functions to provide coverage as needed.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or logistics training preferred.

Minimum 1–2 years of office support experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment (industry-specific experience a plus).

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, drivers, and vendors.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
