Chase Staffing is NOW HIRING for a Maintenance Mechanic $25-34/hr!!

 

 

Candidate must have previous Maintenance experience with strong electrical troubleshooting, HVAC, and light plumbing experience.

 

  • Complete Preventative Maintenance tasks of plant equipment/machinery

  • Complete installation, improvement and modifications of plant equipment/machinery

  • Identify and repair breakdowns on electrical motors, transformers and other electromechanical components

  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems and their components with adequate hand tools. Including capacity of understanding blueprints.

  • Good knowledge of heavy machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems. PLC knowledge is a plus.

  • Basic Computer programming skills

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment, tanks, heaters, HVAC units, boilers, ventilation systems, and facility infrastructure.

  • Proactively identify, source, and procure necessary tools, parts, and equipment to ensure timely and effective repair and maintenance of machinery and facility systems.

  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including motors, controls, wiring, and heaters.

  • Troubleshoot, rebuild, and install chemical pumps, valves, and related plumbing.

  • Maintain and support the operation of the wastewater treatment system, including pH adjustments, process testing, and calibration of sensors/instruments.

  • Ensure proper ventilation and fume extraction systems are functional and maintained.

  • Assist with tank cleaning, emptying, and refilling procedures on both production lines.

  • Use Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and follow all safety protocols during maintenance activities.
