Chase Staffing is looking for a Administrative Spare Parts Salesperson $16/HR!
1st shift hours
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Processes customer’s orders
· Works with the service department to process service & warranty / no charge type orders
· Completes daily filing
· Creates recommended spare parts quotes for new and existing systems
· Works closely with all departments
· Answers customer’s phone calls and emails
· Works with customers (domestic and export) on quotes and orders
· Researches equipment upgrade/change-out requests
· Issues return authorizations and follows through when the parts are returned
· Determines selling prices for commercial parts
· Works 40 hours per week - Overtime may be required
REQUIREMENTS:
Microsoft Office experience Word & Excel
Customer Service Experience
Steel Toes are Required
