POWDER COAT PAINTER

Job Title: Powder Coat Painter – 1st Shift ($18–$20/hr)

Location: Roanoke, VA

Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)

Shift: 1st Shift

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Powder Coat Painter to join our team on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in powder coating and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for powder coating (cleaning, masking, sanding, etc.)

• Operate powder coating equipment and apply coatings evenly

• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in powder coating or industrial painting preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
