FINANCE Supervisor

Our Douglasville office is hiring for our wonderful Start-up client in the Cartersville location

 Seeking a Finance Supervisor ASAP

5+ years of experience

$85-$100k

Due to this being a start-up company this would be a Temp to hire role that is required to be in person. Once company is up and running to full capacity then Hybrid roles can be discussed.

We are looking for a Finance Manager for our wonderful start-up client in Cartersville GA – this role is very crucial in the success of the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA, M.Sc.) or professional certifications (e.g. CPA) is highly preferred

• Minimum 9-11+ years of experience in finance or accounting,

• Solid experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting

• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, as well as international financial reporting standards (IFRS)

• Proven experience in managing financial teams and working cross-functionally with other departments

• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
