Pay Range: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
Hours: 8-hours Shift – Day Shift (Monday – Friday); Rotating Weekends – year-round work – Expected Hours – 40 Hours per week

**Job Summary:**
Join our team as an HVAC Service Technician where you will play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, refrigerators, and ice makers. As an HVAC Technician, you will ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment to provide comfort and safety to our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
- Test HVAC systems for proper functioning and perform necessary adjustments for efficient operation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding HVAC systems.
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in using tools such as ohmmeters, wrenches, drills, and other equipment for HVAC repairs.
- Experience in servicing various HVAC systems and understanding of property maintenance.
- Knowledge of air conditioning principles, equipment repair techniques, and mechanical operations.
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting purposes.
- Familiarity with welding techniques for boiler repairs is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
