Chase Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Light Industrial Worker to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility.
Duties
- Operate and maintain machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
- Utilize tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters to measure electrical properties and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify potential problems and perform necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in the training of new employees on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Support field service operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility in job assignments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of hydraulics and industrial electrical systems is a plus.
- Ability to analyze mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
- A background in industrial mechanics or as an industrial electrician is highly desirable.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work environments.
