Chase Staffing is currently hiring a Production Operator in the White, GA area. The Production Operator works in a manufacturing environment and is responsible for producing and packaging a quality product while completing all assigned duties. The cleaving operator cleans and maintains assigned equipment. Ensuring they are following all safety and other regulatory/plant policies and procedures. The production cleaving operator strives to achieve operational excellence in areas of safety, quality and productivity.
Swing Shift: 6:00am – 6:30pm OR 6:00pm – 6:30am
Schedule: two days on, two days off
Pay rate: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operates assigned equipment while producing quality products.
- Ensures timely and accurate defect and production tracking
- Reports safety and maintenance issues to line supervisor.
- Completes and stores all required documents.
- Achieves production goals (KPIs) and communicates bridge for under performance.
- Ensures assigned equipment is cleaned according to documented procedure, and report deficiencies to line supervisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
- Able to lift 50 pounds without restriction
- Able to stand and be on feet for up to 12 hours
