Provide final hydraulic testing for all products assembled in facility. Support other areas of production to include assembly, paint, and pneumatic testing.
Job Requirements: Properly test completed assemblies per specifications/procedures. Accurately and timely process jobs in the production tracking system (KBS) Final assurance of accurate assembly of completed valves. Special project support to reach organizational goals. Maintain technical proficiency for Walvoil components and systems. Promote safety, practice safe work habits, and comply with safety policies at all times. Complete assigned tasks and reports in a timely manner. Prepare for and actively participate in all departmental meetings. Practice and promote good housekeeping measures and support all company efforts to comply with OSHA and environmental regulations. Document quality defects as found in the testing procedures. Accurately process jobs in the production tracking system Provide support to Assembly Tech, Production Support, and Paint Tech.
