Assembly

Hours, 3:30pm-12midnight. Pay, $16.50/hr. Assemble products such as hydraulic valves/manifolds and subassemblies per specifications utilizing Production Orders (job packets), schematics and/or blueprints. Provide timely and effective communication and coordination with all departments within the company. Job Requirements: Accurately assemble valves in compliance with procedures. Must meet or exceed production and quality goals. Function testing of completed assemblies per specification. Maintain a complete and accurate log of assemblies completed on KBS system. Special project support to reach organizational goals. Maintain technical proficiency for components and systems. Promote safety, practice safe work habits, and comply with safety policies at all times. Complete assigned tasks and reports in a timely manner. Prepare for and actively participate in all departmental meetings. Practice and promote good housekeeping measures and support all company efforts to comply with OSHA and environmental regulations. Document quality defects as found in the assembly procedures. Accurately process jobs in the production tracking system (KBS). Provide support to Testing, Production Support, and Paint Tech. Perform all other duties as assigned.
