Pay 18 per hour Monday through Thursday. 4-10s
Welders assist in the fabrication of steel frames and building components. Ability to MIG weld and fit are a plus.
Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To:
• Aid in producing quality welds to complete fabrication process
• Layout, fit together, align, and weld structural steel according to specifications
• Levels, scrapers, 7” hand grinders, and some gouging for tools used
• Able to meet established deadlines
• Observes all safety and security procedures
• Performs other routine duties as necessary Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
• Familiar/fluent in MIG processes
• Previous experience with plasma torches & oxy acetylene cutting a plus
• Welding certifications beneficial but not required Requirements
• Ability to lift 50lbs., bend, squat, kneel and or stand for extended periods of time
• Must wear proper safety equipment
• Ability to read a tape measure • Knowledge of basic math (add, subtract, multiply & divide fractions
