Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Pipe Fitter Welder** to join a reputable industrial/manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fitting, assembling, and welding pipe systems according to specifications. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. --- ### **Key Responsibilities** * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols. * Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shapes and dimensions. * Fit and weld pipe assemblies using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes (including 3G/6G positions). * Inspect completed welds to ensure structural soundness and compliance with specifications. * Install and repair piping systems used in industrial and mechanical applications. * Operate hand tools, torches, and grinding equipment safely. * Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic tests to check for leaks and integrity. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following OSHA and company standards. --- ### **Qualifications** * Minimum of **3–5 years of pipefitting and welding experience** in an industrial or manufacturing environment. * Proficient in **MIG, TIG, and Stick welding**, including 3G/6G tests. * Ability to **read and interpret blueprints and schematics.** * Knowledge of various metals including carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy piping. * Must be able to **pass a weld test and fit test.** * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in standing positions for extended periods. * Reliable and safety-conscious with strong work ethic. --- ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous certification(s) such as AWS or ASME Welding Certification. * Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or refinery setting. * Familiarity with OSHA and industrial safety standards. --
