PAINT SUPERVISOR
Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma
NGSG has immediate openings for a PAINT SUPERVISOR. Minimum of eight (8) years of
experience in coatings operations within an industrial environment and three (3) years
supervisor experience. Industrial paint experience includes (not limited to) preparation (pressure
wash cleaning, sanding, masking, rolling, etc.) and coatings application (brush, roll, spray) with
epoxies and urethanes. Primary duties: supervise a team of 2+ painters, schedule the paint
booth time to meet equipment deliveries, request paint supplies as needed, maintain paint
equipment, and keep a safe work environment. Additional skills, bonus but not required:
knowledge of moving heavy industrial equipment and supervising forklift operators,
administration of safety program, and administration of yearly inspections by third party.

Hours: 40 - 48 Per Week (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Thursday, Friday as needed)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hr. (Based on Experience and additional skills)

Experience level: Minimum eight (8) years’ experience with industrial paint coatings and 3 years’
experience as a supervisor.
Shift: 10-hour day shift
Weekly day range: Monday to Thursday, Friday as needed
Work setting: Fabrication Facility
Ability to commute/relocate: Reliable transportation required; relocation assistance not
provided.
Physical Requirements:
? Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods (up to 10
hours per shift).
? Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
? Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs,
and full body movement (e.g., climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching).
? Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are required to safely operate welding
equipment and hand tools.
? Visual acuity is necessary to read blueprints, measure components, and inspect welds for
quality and accuracy.
? Must be able to tolerate exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and fabrication
shop conditions.
? Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including respirator, face
shields, gloves, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
