MUST know how to utilize Calibers micrometers and drawings Will start on 1st shift then go to 2nd shift ($2.00 shift diff for 2nd shift) Will pay dependent on experience (open and very competitive) Job Title: Quality Inspector – Aerospace Manufacturing Job Description: Responsible for inspecting aerospace parts and assemblies to ensure they meet engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Utilizes precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify critical dimensions and tolerances. Reviews technical drawings and performs in-process, final, and receiving inspections to support production quality. Key Responsibilities: • Perform visual and dimensional inspections on aerospace components. • Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision tools to verify tolerances. • Interpret and inspect to engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. • Document inspection results and report any non-conformances. • Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. • Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. ________________________________________
