Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Sit-Down Forklift Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a sit-down forklift to move, locate, and stack large steel piping Preferably not someone out of a warehouse- but someone in manufacturing who has experience with large merchandise. Key Responsibilities: Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently in a warehouse or distribution center setting Load, unload, move, and stack materials and products according to instructions Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and tracking products Follow company safety procedures and protocols at all times Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (e.g., picking, packing, palletizing) Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Proven experience as a forklift operator, preferably sit-down Valid forklift certification (OSHA-compliant) Strong understanding of safety procedures and warehouse operations Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail and organizational skills Flexible with shifts, including potential overtime and weekends
