For this position they would be responsible for the following:
Confirm Job Work Order and coil information
Creating materials list for job being processed
Confirming and documenting interleave, dimensions, surface quality, and all pallets being produced.
Creating proper identification for pallets
Operating various components of our CTL equipment
Retooling equipment for jobs being processed
Anticipate cross training across different lines to establish CTL knowledge.
The training is very hands on by supervision or tenured operators. If they do not have a warehouse background we can still easily assimilate them into our workflow if they posses the following characteristics:
Has great time management
Can work flexible hours and weekends (only Saturdays)
Works well in a team environment
Can work in a fast paced environment
Used to being on their feet all day
Self-motivated
Curious and eager to learn new things.
