Position: Warehouse Job Description: They will be working on the dock unloading containers, heavy lifting on their feet all day. Assembly line, warehouse or manufacturing experience required Ability to handle merchandise up to 10 feet long and 50 lbs. Ability to walk and stand 8 hours per day Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Possess good math skills and ability to read a tape measure Ability to work on an assembly line Working with hand and air tools, saws, taking measurements Function: Follow established procedures that guide and support a highly organized process Maintain a strong daily work pace in order to maximize team efforts Demonstrate a cooperative manner and the desire to promote good team interaction Display commitment to follow all company policies and procedures Consistently practice reliability and the willingness to assist others as needed NOTE: Lifting and physical effort is required for gathering materials in a warehouse environment. Print Shop – One of the largest private prints shops in the US responsible for printing a variety of items for stores and corporate office use. Wood Shop – Manufactures merchandise fixtures and displays for all Hobby Lobby and Mardel stores. HL Packaging – Produces more than 2,000 pillows and an average of 5,000 wood turnings a day. Maintenance – Maintains and repairs all equipment used in the Hobby Lobby Manufacturing.
