    Position:  Assembly Hydro III


    Pay/Range:  


    Description:  Performs a variety of duties requiring high degree of knowledge of assembly and shop procedures, performs repetitive workstation or line assembly operations.


    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies 
    • Know and understand diverse quality policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality System Manual, Operating and Technicla Procedures and Workplace instructions
    • Performs any assembly type functions, using hand or power tools
    • Operates any equipment needed to perform the job
    • Must be able to read blueprints
    • Set up and operate high pressure testing equipment, 30K PSI
    • Use of precision measuring equipment
    • Assemble and safely test valve and wellhead equipment
    • Maintain clean and safe environment
    • Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level
    • Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job


    Skills & Knowledge:

    • Good verbal communication
    • ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English
    • Ability to follow oral instructions
    • ability to read a measuring tape, micrometer, and calipers
    • Advanced knowledge of assembly procedures
    • knowledge of testing procedures


    Preferred Qualifications:  

    • 3-5 years of job related experience
    • Prior oilfield tool assembly experience
