Our typical projects range around $1.5M and include schools, jails, municipalities, retail and even specialized builds like truck stops and wastewater facilities.
What You’ll Do As a Project Manager, you’ll own every aspect of your assigned electrical construction projects from pre-construction to close-out. You'll balance time between the office and job sites (roughly 50/50), working closely with superintendents, clients, and leadership to keep projects running safely, on time, and within budget.
Core Responsibilities:
Project & Budget Management: Drive all phases of project execution including schedule, cost, materials, labor, and subcontractor oversight
Billing & Financials: Prepare accurate monthly billings; manage labor rates, hours, and material budgets
Team Development: Mentor and train superintendents and field teams; lead by example
Submittals & Documentation: Manage all project submittals, RFIs, change orders, and coordination with GC platforms like GC Pay
Client Relations: Maintain open communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Jobsite Safety: Promote and enforce safety protocols and compliance
Software & Reporting: Utilize Tremble software (our new PM/financial platform), Autodesk, and other tech tools for project tracking and reporting
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who brings real PM experience in the commercial (and industrial) electrical construction space—someone who’s been in the trenches and knows how to lead teams and manage jobs, not just coordinate. If you’ve worked on public projects, schools, or with municipal clients, even better.
Requirements:
5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial/industrial electrical construction
Must be able to get badged for school districts (required for some projects)
Comfortable with both office and field time (approx. 50/50 split) Strong financial acumen with budget, billing, and labor management
Valid driver’s license and reliable commute (must live within 1.5 hours of corporate office
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
Up to $120,000 (depending on experience)

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial/industrial electrical construction
