Installation Technician - Outdoor Construction - WATER Harvesting tank Construction
We are a well established and growing rainwater harvesting company in need of candidates with a strong work ethic,
reliability, and a teamwork attitude. As an established company in the community, we are asked to design and construct water
supplies for ranch and residential use throughout Central Texas through the construction of water tanks and conveyance
systems used primarily for harvesting rainwater for potable use, well water storage, etc. The ideal candidate will enjoy the
outdoors and a variety of working environments and have a strong willingness to learn. Installation technicians mainly build
bolted metal water tanks, trench conveyance lines, and install plumbing/PVC conveyance lines. Other tasks include
restoration of landscapes, earth work, and minor electrical work like installing conduit and pulling wire, installing pumps, etc.
Experience in all of these areas is not required; we provide on the job training for all aspects of the position.
About the position: HIRING FOR ( 3-5) positions at our main location OAKHILL ( Far Southwest Austin) or North we have a shop in LEANDER our work can be all over, up to (3 hr - 5 hrs each way ) SO THESE ROLES ARE FOR OUR TRAVELING CREW> 99 % of the work is in TEXAS> We take company vehicles to and from jobsites, but meet up location is OAK HILL. We do pay for drivetime, PER DIEM PAID for all overnight travel and hotels paid for. For jobs we get more than 2 hrs away we will sometimes put crews in hotels. ( during week only ) - travel will be the norm for this CREW-
· Reliable transportation needed to and from Oak Hill shop (78736) or Liberty Hill shop (78642). Work will start and end at the
shop. We provide paid transportation to and from job sites. · M-Th 4/10 hour days off on Friday Usually from 7AM-6PM. Overtime is scheduled as needed. Weekends on a voluntary basis as needed. This position has the ability to grow into a LEAD Installation position where you are running a small crew and eventually taking an installation team out that you lead. Our Lead installers who can run project installation can make 28 plus per hr ( once you have been with us and moved to leadership)
· Dress code: Jeans, tee shirt, steel toe boot (rubber boots optional), gloves, other PPE provided as needed.
· Paid 30 minute lunch break.
· Compensation: Starting at 18-25 and up per hour for newer to construction installation technicians, depending on experience with
opportunity for advancement. Installation technicians with a solid construction background who have a clean driving history,
Texas driver’s license, and are over the age of 25 start at 23-25 per hour depending on experience, with opportunity for
advancement.
· Paid weekly through direct deposit, with overtime after 40 worked hours.
· Eligible for accrued paid time off and 6 major holidays after 60 days.

· Eligible for Retirement Plan after 60 days.
· Onsite job training provided, including OSHA certifications.
Skills preferred:
· Construction, plumbing, trenching, irrigation, or excavation / lot clearing experience a plus.
· Basic hand tool use.
· Skid steer and trencher experience are a plus.
· Must be able to work outside safely in all weather conditions.
· Ability to bend, climb, and lift 50 or more pounds.
· Must be proficient in English, bilingual encouraged.
