About the Role:
This is not a typical construction job! Instead, it’s a hybrid manufacturing-construction position inside a non-climate-controlled manufacturing warehouse where you will frame luxury restroom trailers.
Pay & Schedule:
Starting Pay: $20 per hour (based on experience) with a 90-day performance review and potential raise.
? Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week.
Shift:
- Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime (as needed): Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Location: Mesquite, TX (near Hwy 635 & 80)
Required Experience:
Minimum 12 months experience framing new homes from the slab up.
Ability to read basic blueprints and follow layout plans.
Home remodeling experience is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
Frame Preparation & Layout – Measure, cut, and assemble wooden frame structures.
Precision Cutting & Installation – Ensure accurate placement and secure framing.
Flooring Installation – Install laminate flooring inside luxury trailers.
Additional Duties – Assist with other construction tasks as needed.
