Key Responsibilities:


Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Support leasing efforts by showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.

Handle tenant communications promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, maintenance requests, and resolving complaints.

Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion of work orders.

Assist with rent collection, process payments, and maintain accurate property records.

Support budgeting and financial reporting, track expenses, and conduct property inspections.

Marketing vacant units through online platforms and community outreach.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
