A busy window installation company is seeking an energetic secretary for their office.
The ideal candidate would have office experience, some bookkeeping skills would be highly desirable, good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Duties would be: Answering phone calls, greeting customers who walk in, scheduling appointments, filing, and various other office tasks as assigned.
This position will start between 25-30 hours, but could lead to 40 hours. Someone who is flexible and ok with working 25-30 hours to start is a must.
Hours will fall between 8am and 5pm. Exact schedule will be worked out.
Pay is $15/hr to start
This position will require some skills testing, a clean background, and the ability to pass a drug test.
