Grounds Maintenance in Beaufort NC

Well we're hiring for a Grounds Maintenance Worker for a farm in Beaufort, NC. Duties will include the maintenance for a two story house and office and their common areas, including bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces etc. Duties will also include mowing and grounds keeping for the owners house and office maintenance repairs. Outside contractor supervision and driving owner and guest both locally and out of town.

• Pay is $17/hr. 
• Position is full time and temp to hire. 
• Hours Vary *** Must be available Monday - Friday (Some weekends) 
• Hours can range between 7am to 4 pm***. 
• Will have 30 - 40 hrs. (some considerable overtime)
