RECEPTIONIST NEEDED FOR THE BEAUFORT NC AREA!!!!!


We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information as needed.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments using Google Workspace.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support other departments as required.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming mail and packages efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficient in using office software, including Google Workspace and other computer applications.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High level of computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience as a personal assistant or in clerical positions is a plus.
  • EXCEPTIONAL TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE AND PROFESSIONALISM IS A MUST
