Performs a variety of routine, repetitive tasks which require no particular prerequisite knowledge or skill, on a part-time basis (not to exceed 1400 hours in any 12 month period). Tasks are accomplished in accordance with standard procedures and well established methods. A higher level lead worker or supervisory employee is availalbe for instruction and guidance when unusual or unique situations are encountered.
Examples of Duties
- Files various documents
- Operates office machinery, e.g. Fax, copier, postage machine, etc.
- Answers incoming telephone calls
- Enters data into PC
- Acts as courier
- Performs other routine duties as required
Typical Qualifications
Current enrollment, or intent to enroll the next term, as a full or part-time student in an accredited secondary school, college, vocational school, or university.

Physical Requirements (typically required):
- Reaching, standing, walking, lifting, fingering, grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
- Light Work: exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated light work.
