THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION *about 15-20 hours per week*
We are seeking energetic Food and Beverage Manger for all HOME GAMES (26 in total) approx. 3 nights per week for the entire baseball season! Games can be on weekends too! Schedule will be provided!
ORIENTATIONS WILL BEGIN May 19th!!!!
Games are played from May 30th to August 2nd!
Pay is $15 per hour
Hours: 3:30pm to 10pm (could be a little earlier or later depending on length of game, clean up after game etc)
*As a Food and Beverage manager, you would be responsible for arriving before staff, setting up, ordering foods and needed items for concession stands, overseeing staff (approx 6 people) and managing the day to day operations of the Marlins food areas.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and other food service venues.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring sufficient supplies while minimizing waste.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
- Customer Service: Handle customer complaints, address issues, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and health standards.
