Seeking Maintenance Technician for Apartment Complexes
Newport, Beaufort and Morehead City, NC Locations (will float between all)
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm & after hours emergency calls on rotation
-MUST HAVE A BASIC SET OF TOOLS
Payrate: $19/hr

Will police grounds, keep common areas clean, perform basic residential repairs, and complete residential work orders. Responsible for preparing and turning units for move ins. Will be responsible for after hours emergency calls, on rotation with other technician.
Requirements:
- - Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- - Ability and willingness to be on call is a must
- - Must have valid license with clean driving record
